From WoWwiki: Shadowprey Village is located on the southern end of the coast of Desolace. This village is home to a number of professional Troll fishermen, whose catches help supply food to the Ghost Walker Post and are always in high demand. Wulan in Shadowprey Village can sell you the Expert Cookbook. Shadowprey also features a skinning trainer, a flight master, a stable master, an innkeeper, and several quest givers. In the WoW Game Manual, this village is called "Jagged Spear Village".
