[edit] Physical Description

The most interesting thing about Jabeet are his glowing, icy blue eyes, for from time to time they may fade out, flicker, or pulse brightly. Another noticible thing are his tusks, which usually appear to be encased with ice, sometimes with icycles hanging off. No matter how much he scrapes off, new ice seems to form soon after. His skin is dark, and appears to be scarred, but it is smooth like ice to the touch. His braided hair is a snowy white covered with frost.

[edit] History

Jabeet was born some time ago in the Bloodscalp city of Zul'Kunda. He looked like a regular troll of the Bloodscalp Tribe, red hair and blue skin. His father was a witch-doctor and his mother was a huntress. It wasn't long until the young Jabeet hunted on his own, even acquiring his own tiger, Joobana, to hunt with and ride. All trolls needed to hunt, but his primary profession would not be so. Jabeet took an odd turn and became a beserker. It fell to him to defend his tribe with blind fury and selflessness.

The young Jabeet was a capable beserker, but the chieftain wanted more from him. When Jabeet was young he would always solve arguments for people and would solve his problems often without force, an odd trait for a young beserker. The chieftain sent to him to be Emissary to the Amani, which Jabeet took without question. When he arrived in Zul'Aman, he was quickly treated as a fellow brother and he eventually pledged himself to the great troll warlord,Zul'jin, who Jabeet highly admired.

It wasn't long until the young Jabeet fell in love with a young Amani maiden, Alminda. Her father was a humble priest and ran the small temple Jabeet visited often, which was dedicated to the bear god. Her father liked him and after a period of flirting and then spending time together, they decided to become mates for life. The young couple then produced a son, Jaba, a troll of half Amani and half Bloodscalp, a strong mix of traits. He was a brilliant turquoise with fiery red hair, medium sized tusks and a gentle mix of jungle agility and forest hardiness.

But, alas, it was not to be. When Jabeet was enjoying a brew in the local tavern, a message was brought to him, telling him to report immedietely to the gates of Zul'Aman to speak with Zul'jin. On his way he stopped home to kiss his mate and son, and to give offering to the bear god in his father-in-law's temple. When he arrived at the gates, Zul'jin told him of Scourge crossing the borders of Quel'thalas, and asked Jabeet to take a group of his best scouts to see gather information about the Scourge invasion. Jabeet took his orders without question, donned his beserker armor, mounted Joobana, and left Zul'Aman with his group.

After avoiding elven patrols, Jabeet ran hastily to the destroyed elf gate, and when looking around, he noticed he had lost his party. He then traveled down the road to Andilien Estate, defeated the Scourge scouts there, and climbed up a tree, to avoid the large Scourge army. It wasn't long until the patrols he had seen arrived to defend the estate. The Scourge finally arrived, and began to easily overwhelm the outnumbered and under-prepared defensive force. Jabeet, knowing his new tribe were bitter enemies of these elves, could not watch them get slaughtered. He saw them as graceful, and beautiful creatures, and the Scourge as monsters, the choice seemed obvious to him...

Jabeet jumped down into the battle, using non-verbal communication to the tell the elves he meant no harm and came to help. With the elves, he helped push back the tide of undead... Until Arthas and his full force arived arrived and all was lost. Jabeet and the elves were massacred, but their deaths did mean something, for they gave valuable time to those that wished the hide. Jabeet was risen on the spot, and unwillingly helped Arthas destroy the rest of Quel'thalas, leaving his wife and son to fend on their own.

Jabeet served the Lich King until he was freed, and then, noticing how tainted even the name of a Horde Death Knight was, swore oath to the Highlord to create a sect of the Ebon Blade, a sect for all Horde Death Knights that wish to redeem themselves in the eyes of the Horde... and their own.
