How to add a character

Introduction

Creating a character is simple and quick. If you follow the template below, you can have your page up in just a few minutes.

Creating your Character's Page

This part is simple. Just use your character's name. Either the name of the character in game (i.e. Kaaosa), or their full name (i.e. Kaaosa Aileron) is preferable. Don't include titular prefixes, such as Lord in your character's page name. You can add those to your character's name in the page itself. So, if Lord Sathin Silverblade wanted to make a page for his character, he would do it at either http://ravenholdt.kaaosa.com/wiki/Sathin or http://ravenholdt.kaaosa.com/wiki/Sathin_Silverblade. Simple, right!

Once you're at your page, it's simply a matter of using the template to get yourself started.

The Template

Note: Anything encased in <> needs to be changed by you in order to fully work. When replacing them, do not include the <> in your value. For example, when replacing <Your character's name>, you would simply type Kaaosa, not <Kaaosa>.

It's all pretty self explanatory. To use an image, you first have to upload it. Then just enter the link to it, such as [[Image:Kaaosa.png]]. To link to your user page, the format is [[User:<Wiki username>]] (for example: [[User:Kaaosa]]). Also make sure to edit the Armory link so that it points to your character's profile.

You can also add your character into other categories instead of just the character's section. Just use these tags on the bottom of the page for where you want your character to appear.

Horde Characters section: [[Category:Horde characters]]
