Elu's once matronly appearance and bright russet coat has hardened and dulled. The seething and desperate nature of an animal in pain thrashes under her thick veneer of grim stoicism. She is life's final breath made manifest. Any second glance reveals a tauren in the early stages of the plague. Her left eye is perpetually under the assault of extreme infection and beginning to grow cloudy. Despite the regenerative gifts of her covenant with nature, she struggles constantly with various boils and lesions that erupt as old infections are healed. Her claim to life, while tenacious, is starting to slip.
